• File content (images and videos) only when you explicitly choose to download and use them in your product pages or ad campaigns

We store your Google OAuth tokens securely in our database so you don't have to reconnect each session. We do not access, store, or process any Google Drive data beyond what you explicitly select for use in our Service.

Shopify Store Data

When you connect a Shopify store, we store:

• Your Shopify store URL and OAuth access token
• Product data that you create or generate through our Service

Usage Data

We may collect standard usage information such as browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to improve our Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Access your Google Drive files at your request to use as ad creatives or product media
• Generate product pages and push them to your connected Shopify store
• Create and launch Meta ad campaigns on your behalf

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only request access to the Google user data that is necessary for the Service to function
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
• We do not sell Google user data to third parties
• We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the Service

• Shopify — to create products, upload files, and manage templates on your connected store
• Meta/Facebook — to upload ad creatives and manage ad campaigns on your behalf
• OpenAI — product information is sent to generate marketing copy (no personal data is included)
• fal.ai — product images are sent for background removal and image generation (no personal data is included)
• Service providers — we use hosting and database services to operate the platform

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted storage of OAuth tokens and credentials
• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Per-user data isolation in our database
• Session-based authentication with secure, HTTP-only cookies

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Google Drive tokens are stored only while your account is active and are deleted upon account removal.

• Disconnect your Shopify store at any time through the Service
