EcomZap is an AI-powered platform that helps e-commerce businesses:

• Generate high-converting Shopify product pages using artificial intelligence
• Create and launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns in bulk
• Manage product media including AI-generated images and Google Drive videos

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of connected services (Shopify, Meta, Google Drive) complies with their respective terms

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited advertisements
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, Meta (Facebook), Google Drive, OpenAI, and fal.ai. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing copy, product images, and page templates. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may require review and editing before publishing
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and advertising regulations
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve specific business results
• You own the rights to content generated through the Service for your use

6. Shopify Store Access

When you connect a Shopify store, you grant us permission to:

• Create and manage products on your store
• Upload files (images, videos) to your store
• Modify theme templates and add custom sections

You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect and modify the Shopify store.

7. Meta Advertising

When using the Meta Ads Launcher, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for complying with Meta's advertising policies
• Ad spend is billed directly by Meta to your ad account
• We are not responsible for ad performance, approval, or rejection by Meta

8. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and features, is owned by EcomZap. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomZap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be suitable for your specific needs.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcomZap from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
